The role of Immigration Officer will report within the Visa Services division, and Visa Services is the main processing and operational arm of INZ.
Immigration New Zealand looks after New Zealand’s immigration rules and laws, which in turn support our economic growth and strengthen our relationship with other parts of the world. We offer a range of visas to help those who can contribute to New Zealand to visit, work, study, live, or invest here. We work with international organisations and industry partners to improve border security and make immigration easier. We lead government strategy designed to help migrants settle in New Zealand.

As an Immigration Officer you will be responsible for processing visa applications, you’ll be taking the information available to you and using this to make sound decisions as you process visa applications.
