About the Role:
The core responsibilities of this position is to operate the Road sweep Machine to complete council’s scheduled road sweeping programme and when not doing so will be required to backfill as well as other absences within the Cleansing Services Team. Backfilling duties may include but not limited to

  • General Cleansing Duties
  • Public Amenities Cleaning
  • Operating Various Plant Equipment

About the Person:
To be successful in this position you will be adaptable to changing needs and demands as well as having the physical capability to perform tasks outlined in the Position Description. You will be an excellent team player and have knowledge and understanding of plant operations. An essential component of the role is to hold a MR Licence (or higher).

What’s on Offer:
This position is a Grade 4 with a starting salary from $56,485 plus Super. City of Parramatta also offer excellent employee benefits which can be accessed by the successful candidate.
