Technical Support Representative
The Technical Support Representative will receive inbound calls and provide high quality support to end users of Mobeewave’s payment technology. The incumbent will be responsible for answering all merchant inquiries and must have the ability to resolve issues quickly.
Reporting to the Program Director, the ideal candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Answering merchant support inquiries
- Assisting merchants in resolving issues
- Escalating issues to level III support
- Interacting with third party support help desk
- Producing regular SLA/customer reports
- Producing, managing, and feeding the existing knowledge base
Qualifications
- Bilingual
- DEC in Information Technology or Equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service (inbound calls)
- Experience in IT Support
- Experience with Customer Support portals/systems
- Ability to be on call
- Experience in Banking/Payment Industry (an asset)
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment
